The agreement for using Marktonic

Effective August 28, 2026 Applies to the Marktonic Google Sheets add-on

In plain language

  • Marktonic pulls GA4, Google Ads, and/or Meta Ads data into your Google Sheet. You need your own access to those accounts — Marktonic doesn't grant it.
  • Marktonic is currently in limited testing. It's provided as-is, with no uptime or accuracy guarantee, while it's in this phase.
  • Your use of GA4, Google Ads, and Meta data through Marktonic is still bound by Google's and Meta's own terms for those platforms.
  • You can stop using Marktonic and revoke its access at any time.
01

Acceptance of these terms

By installing or using Marktonic, you agree to these terms. If you're installing it on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on that organization's behalf.

02

What Marktonic is

Marktonic is a Google Sheets add-on that lets you connect GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads accounts you already have access to, build reports from their data, and write the results into your own spreadsheet — optionally on a recurring schedule. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what it accesses and stores.

03

Who can use it

04

Your responsibilities

05

Testing phase, provided as-is

Marktonic is currently in a limited internal testing phase, ahead of a public launch. During this phase:

Marktonic is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

06

Third-party services

Marktonic operates on top of Google Sheets, the Google Analytics Data API, the Google Ads API, and the Meta Marketing API. Your use of data from those platforms remains subject to their own terms:

We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, or access restrictions on those platforms that are outside our control.

07

Intellectual property

Marktonic's code, design, and branding belong to its developer. Your report data, and the contents of your own spreadsheets, remain entirely yours.

08

Ending use

You can stop using Marktonic at any time by uninstalling it and revoking its access via your Google Account and/or Meta account settings (see the Privacy Policy for exact steps). We may discontinue or restrict access to Marktonic at any time during this testing phase, for any reason, including simply winding the test down.

09

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marktonic's developer isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the add-on, including data inaccuracies pulled from connected platforms, missed scheduled runs, or third-party API outages.

10

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Marktonic evolves, particularly moving from testing into general availability. We'll update the effective date above when we do.

Draft notice: these terms were written to accurately describe Marktonic's current (limited-testing) state, for use during internal testing and Google/Meta app review. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and don't yet specify a governing jurisdiction — have them reviewed before relying on them for a public launch.
